The Worldcup in Weymouth, Sail for Gold Regatta, was a windy and physical regatta, even thought it started with postponement and light wind.

For those of you that have not been in Weymouth, it ought to be told that the racing area for most classes and the Finn and Star class in particular, are located about 6 miles from the harbour. This is one of the places were you start to love towing!

My performance was a bit inconsistent, but the general feeling was positive, I got into the groove more and more as the regatta went on. I had a lot of fun in the physical conditions, but my right hand was rather sore after all the down wind pumping (80% starboard down wind).

Now a couple of days at home with sailing before I head down to Kiel for the next World Cup  event
