Kiel Week, the worlds biggest regatta, and the final of this years World Cup Tour, was a great success. After a bit shaky first race in the regatta I really found the groove, adjusting my sailing to the conditions, instead of the opposite (which I tried in the first race..) finishing 2end and 4th in the two other races on the first day.

As always in Kiel, a normal day was: Shifty, sunny/rainy/sunny/rainy and windy. Nice for sailing, worse ones ashore…

I continued throughout the week to perform at a solid level, qualifying for the medal race (a final race for the top 10 ranked boats in the regatta).  This was my third medal race at a World Cup event. Going in to the medal race I was in 7th position, I finished 7th in the medal race, to finish 7th overall (yes a lot of 7th;)

Just coming back from Kiel I unpacked straight away and went out training, filled with inspiration
